When I met this customer it was after a plumber had come to look at a water leak, ripped a hole in the plasterboard, turned the water off and left, never to return.
I replaced the leaky bath/shower mixer tap, replaced and repaired water-damaged floorboards, replaced the plasterboard with a proper access panel, re-tiled the floor, fitted a new bath panel, put up shelves and fabricated new drawer fronts… Following the full makeover and the family can use the bathroom again.
